客户原本有一条对辊生产线，想在其基础上增加新的设备。**次询问我们时，就表示对我们的机器比较感兴趣，并且我们可以提供全方位的定制服务。在与客户方案中，我们为其设计图纸，并通过技术人员较准确地计算出机器之间输送机所需米数。结合已有设备，客户决定增加两台3t的对辊挤压造粒机、一台立式粉碎机、一台双轴搅拌机和六条皮带输送机，且要求机器颜色定制为深灰色。

对辊挤压造粒机：

对辊挤压造粒机由电动机驱动，经皮带轮、传动带经减速器传动给两个辊体作相对工作。生产时，原料由进料口进入，经辊体相对挤压成型，脱模后自动流入辊体底部的破碎成型工作室进行破碎。破碎整形后，合格的标准粒度颗粒经筛网筛分后由出料溜槽排出。

立式粉碎机：

链式破碎机适用于有机肥生产中块状物料的破碎，也广泛应用于化工、建材、矿山等行业。该机采用高强度耐磨同步转速硬质合金链板，合理的进出料口设计，破碎充分，不易粘壁，清理方便。

双轴搅拌机：

双轴搅拌机通过两组带有螺旋叶片的轴相对旋转，加水对粉状物料进行喷洒、混合和输送，使粉状物料达到可控的湿度。该设备主要适用于肥料行业原料的加湿混合，使物料充分混合，并兼具输送功能。当一定量的原料粉从进料口流入搅拌罐时，若干个具有相对压力的水柱将原料粉雾化喷洒在原料粉上，然后由一定长度的搅拌叶片搅拌，形成含水量一致的球核。整个搅拌过程分为三个区域：雾化区、混合区和出料区。搅拌叶片耐磨性好，使用寿命长。

皮带输送机：

可用于水平输送或倾斜输送，广泛应用于各种现代工业企业，如冶金、煤炭、化工、建材、轻工粮食等行业。带式输送机具有输送能力大、结构简单、维护方便、成本低、通用性强等优点。方便实现程序控制和自动化操作。输送机的连续或间歇运动用于输送粉末和颗粒。运行速度稳定、噪音低，并可上下坡传动。

Roller production line shipped to Brazil

Part of the equipment of a 3t/h double-roller production line was shipped to Brazil.

The customer originally had a double-roller production line and wanted to add new equipment on it. When he first asked us, he expressed his interest in our machines and we can provide a full range of customized services. In the proposal with the customer, we designed drawings for them and had technicians accurately calculate the number of meters required for the conveyor between the machines. Combined with the existing equipment, the customer decided to add two 3t double-roller extrusion granulators, a vertical crusher, a double-shaft mixer and six belt conveyors, and required the machine color to be customized in dark gray.

Double roll extrusion granulator:

The roller extrusion granulator is driven by an electric motor, with a belt pulley and a transmission belt transmitted through a reducer to two roller bodies for relative work. During production, raw materials enter through the feeding port, are formed by relative extrusion of the roller body, and after demolding, they automatically flow into the crushing and forming studio at the bottom of the roller body for crushing. After crushing and shaping, the qualified standard sized particles are sieved and discharged from the discharge chute through the sieve.

Vertical crusher: Chain crusher is suitable for crushing bulk materials in organic fertilizer production, and is also widely used in chemical, building materials, mining and other industries. The machine adopts high-strength wear-resistant synchronous speed carbide chain plate, reasonable inlet and outlet design, sufficient crushing, not easy to stick to the wall, and easy to clean.

Double-shaft mixer:

The double-shaft mixer uses two sets of shafts with spiral blades to rotate relative to each other, and water is added to spray, mix and convey the powdered materials to achieve controllable humidity of the powdered materials. This equipment is mainly suitable for humidifying and mixing raw materials in the fertilizer industry, so that the materials are fully mixed and have a conveying function. When a certain amount of raw material powder flows into the mixing tank from the feed port, several water columns with relative pressure spray the raw material powder on the raw material powder, and then it is stirred by a certain length of stirring blades to form a ball core with consistent water content. The entire mixing process is divided into three areas: atomization area, mixing area and discharge area. The stirring blades have good wear resistance and long service life.

Belt conveyor: It can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying and is widely used in various modern industrial enterprises, such as metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, building materials, light industry and grain. Belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility. It is convenient to realize program control and automatic operation. The continuous or intermittent movement of the conveyor is used to convey powders and particles. It has stable running speed, low noise, and can be driven up and downhill.
