今日四台机器发往玻利维亚。

客户起初对我们的圆盘造粒机非常感兴趣，在与业务经理沟通的过程中对粉碎机和烘干机也表示需要，因为客户想完成一条生产线需求，由于之前还有一些设备所以仅购买了需要增加的新设备。若是机器客户使用满意的话，后续还会购买其他机器来替换老旧设备，我们也向客户表示机器的质量有保证请放心使用。

圆盘造粒机

1、圆盘有机肥造粒机可高效利用鸡粪、牛粪、羊粪、秸秆粉、有机废弃物等含水量仅为20%至30%的物料，制成颗粒肥料。

2、圆盘有机肥造粒机底部采用多层钢板，坚固耐用，不易变形。

3、圆盘有机肥造粒机采用圆形运动盘，并配有刮料臂，用于刮除卡住的颗粒。

4、圆盘有机肥造粒机的圆盘呈弧形，角度可调。

立式粉碎机

立式粉碎机适用于各种中硬且磨蚀性弱的物料,其抗压强度不超过140兆帕，湿度不大于20%。

可用于石灰石，水泥熟料，混合料，石膏，煤矸石，矿渣，铜矿石，铁矿石等各种物料的终粉碎·也是肥料行业使用*普遍的粉碎设备之一

6米烘干机

滚筒干燥机主要由进料头、滚筒、托轮座等组成：该机采用流动封闭式干燥工艺，含有水分的湿物料在滚筒内均布的扬料板的翻动下，均匀地分散在滚筒干燥机内并与热空气充分接触，加快了传动速度，在倾斜的扬料板和热空气的作用下，被甩到干燥机的另一端，成品物料可安全、优质地排出。维护成本低，能耗低，产量高，广泛应用于有机肥、复混肥、玉米、复合肥等各种肥料生产线。

Disc granulator, crusher and dryer shipped to Bolivia

Four machines were shipped to Bolivia today.

The customer was very interested in our disc granulator and, during discussions with the sales manager, also expressed a need for a crusher and dryer. Since they wanted to complete a production line, they only purchased the necessary new equipment, as they already had some existing equipment. If they are satisfied with the machines, they will purchase additional machines to replace the old ones. We also assured them that the quality of the machines is reliable and they can rest assured.

Disc Granulator

1. The disc granulator efficiently converts materials with a moisture content of only 20% to 30%, such as chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, straw powder, and organic waste, into granular fertilizer.

2. The disc granulator's base is constructed of multi-layered steel plates, making it durable and resistant to deformation.

3. The disc granulator utilizes a circular moving disc and is equipped with a scraper arm to remove stuck particles.

4. The disc granulator's disc is curved and adjustable in angle.

Vertical Crusher

Vertical crushers are suitable for a variety of medium-hard, slightly abrasive materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 140 MPa and a humidity level not exceeding 20%.

They can be used for final crushing of various materials, including limestone, cement clinker, mixtures, gypsum, gangue, slag, copper ore, and iron ore. They are also one of the most commonly used crushing equipment in the fertilizer industry.

6-meter Dryer

The drum dryer primarily consists of a feed head, drum, and roller support. It utilizes a fluid, closed-loop drying process. Moist materials are evenly dispersed within the drum by the uniformly distributed lifting plates, allowing them to fully interact with the hot air. This increases the speed of the dryer. The tilted lifting plates and the hot air then sweep the materials to the other end of the dryer, where they are safely and efficiently discharged. This machine features low maintenance costs, low energy consumption, and high output, making it widely used in fertilizer production lines for organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, corn, and other fertilizers.
